2011 is the year we lost Amy Winehouse.

Coroner Suzanne Greenaway officially recorded that Winehouse's accidental overconsumption of alcohol led to her demise.

Pathologist Suhail Baithun said Winehouse consumed  a “very large quantity of alcohol” around the time she died, more than five times the legal driving limit in the U.K., according to the AP.

Winehouse, whose success in her career was overshadowed by drug and alcohol addiction, was found dead in her northwest London home  July 23, 2011. She was 27 years old.

Amy will be remembered on December 19 at 9 p.m on "VH1 Divas concert.

Florence + The Machine, Wanda Jackson, and Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings will all take the stage to honor the late singer. The tribute will be introduced by Nas.

Jackson and Welch will perform Winehouse's "Back to Black," while Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings will take the stage with "You Know I'm No Good." The Dap-Kings played on the singer's Back to Black album. Nas and Winehouse worked together on the track "Like Smoke," which appears on her posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures.

Mary J. Blige, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott, Florence and the Machine, and Jessie J will participate in the star-studded lineup for the long-running concert event, which airs Monday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.
