'Supernatural' brings Misha Collins back

Misha Collins will return to the CW's 'Supernatural' in the new year, as Warner Brothers gave the exclusive news to EW.
Boston native Collins played the angel Castiel, and is in episode 17 of this season and at least two additional episodes.
Shortly after the premiere, executive producer Sera Gamble told EW the actor’s return was imminent, though, at the time, she had no specific plans. “We all love Misha [Collins], and we plan to write material for him,” she said. “But in terms of where we are in the story right now, it’s a lot about Sam and Dean and Bobby losing this person that was incredibly important to them.”
