The nasty divorce continues as Kris Humphries is allegedly called 'gay' by Kim Kardashian, after he allegedly calls her a fraud.

Star magazine is reporting that Kris Humphries is gay and also reports that Kim Kardashian "knew it" because he did not have sex with her after their honeymoon.

Star claims Kim confided to Khloe pretty early on that [she and Kris] hadn't had sex for weeks after they returned home from their Italian honeymoon.

"One night she came back to their hotel room in a trench coat ... She lit candles, put on some music and started doing a sexy striptease. But Kris barely looked up from the TV! He was like, 'Later babe. I'm watching SportsCenter now.'"

"Khloe asked Kim if she thought Kris might be gay. At first Kim thought that was ridiculous. But the more she thought about it, the more she wondered. There were signs."

Kris's camp tells Star: "the gay thing is ridiculous and completely false."

TMZ reports that Kris Humphries just filed for an annulment against Kim Kardashian, on grounds Kim defrauded him into marrying her.

TMZ reports Kris wants Kim to pay his attorney's fees.
