Women trouble, zombie hoarding and Merle, AMC's 'Walking Dead' delivers, some thoughts

The man just was made to play the stubborn redneck, pain-in-the-ass you hope you never cross paths with. But he\'s the perfect addition to upset the triad of alpha male energy (Daryl, Grimes, Shane) on the AMC thriller, even if he is a hallucination.
God I missed Michael Rooker.
The man just was made to play the stubborn redneck, pain-in-the-ass you hope you never cross paths with. But he's the perfect addition to upset the triad of alpha male energy (Daryl, Grimes, Shane) on the AMC thriller, even if he is a hallucination.
Tonight saw all the women (except pregnant Lori) menses cycling and erecting the PMS bitch shields to the dismay of the men in the camp. And poor Sophia is still MIA.
My favorite, Shane (Jon Bernthal), has had it with Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) guilt-ridden hell bent search for Sophia, and is getting Lori in the middle of it now.
Shane still loves Lori, cares for Carl and really wants to insert himself (cough, ahem) back into their family dynamic. Lori most likely is carrying his child. Those walkers are everywhere, and Rick could become collateral damage in Shane's way of thinking.
Cranky Doc Hershel has had a cud full of the Atlanta squatters and the Asian kid who makes eyes at his oldest daughter. Poor Glenn just got a taste of being a man and Maggie puts up the PMS block, as her dad warns her to knock off any idea of making a relationship.
In the pursuit of some privacy to get his freak on with Maggie, Glenn found Doc's stash of zombies hanging out in the barn, which begs many questions as to the purpose of it. Despite his windfall of condoms, Glenn is now pretty much off sex after that discovery.
Our racist, Democrat hating Merle was the awful hallucination for Daryl (Norman Reedus), who fell off his horse, was impaled on an arrow, and then shot at by Andrea, also PMS-ing and acting up with a rifle.
Thankfully she was a crap shot, and our Daryl is nursing a flesh wound and a bad case of stank with his new zombie ear necklace.
Our missing characters still includes Sophia and the season one father-son team of Morgan and Duane Jones who helped Rick Grimes out. Hopefully Lennie James - like Michael Rooker - will resurface soon.
