True Blood, Game of Thrones top TV honors at Scream Awards, Full List of Winners

The best in Heroes, Superheroes and villains from the worlds of horror, fantasy and science fiction shared the stage at Spike TVs annual Scream Awards last night.
HBO won big at the Scream Awards, with "Game of Thrones" and "True Blood" being honored for excellence in different categroies.
Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke of GoT were individually honored as well.
