AMC’s The Walking Dead casts Michael Zegen

TVGuide.com reports that AMC's 'The Walking Dead' scooped up a 'Rescue Me' star for season 2.
According to TVGuide, AMC’s zombie drama signed on Michael Zegen for the recurring role of Randall, a character not in the original Robert Kirkman penned graphic comics.
Zegen played a probie firefighter (and Tommy Gavin's godson) on FX's "Rescue Me." Kegen's character was "Damien Keefe" who suffers severe brain damage after a fire.
Zegen will also portray the notorious Jewish gangster Ben 'Bugsy' Siegel on the second season of "Boardwalk Empire" for HBO, back September 25.
AMC's "The Walking Dead" shambles back from its TV tomb on Oct. 16.
