On his mea culpa tour still, Charlie Sheen made his way to a taping of "The Wendy Williams Show" in New York City on September 14.

The former "Two and a Half Men" actor hit the stage of the popular syndicated broadcast to promote his upcoming roast, set to premiere the same day (September 19) as this morning's guest appearance on the Williams' show.

Last night at the Emmys, Sheen also took to the stage and praised his former "Two and a Half Men" TV family.

Last week Wendy Williams thought she was getting Sheen first. “I am beyond excited and I cannot wait to talk to Charlie,” Williams had said in a statement. “He’s easily the hottest topic of the year and I’m thrilled that fans of The Wendy Williams Show will be the first to see and hear everything that’s going on in his life, in his own words."

That was not the case. Sheen hit Jay Leno's show first last week, then the Emmys last night.
