Great Performances: Andrea Bocelli brings night of music to New York (VIDEOS)

Tony Bennett, Céline Dion and Andrea Bocelli brought a gift of free music to Central Park in New York in a special concert, to be televised on PBS this December.
Céline Dion, Tony Bennett, Chris Botti and David Foster joined tenor Andrea Bocelli for his September 15 Central Park concert with the New York Philharmonic. This concert will be taped in HD by PBS's "Great Performances" and broadcast as part of PBS' Fall Arts Festival on December 2 at 9pm.
According to PBS, the concert was joined by the Westminster Symphonic Choir, conducted by Joe Miller and featured music direction by Alan Glibert, will also feature sopranos Ana María Martínez and Pretty Yende, violinist Nicola Benedetti, bass baritone Bryn Terfel and flutist Andrea Griminelli.
The event drew over 60,000 people including Alec Baldwin and other celebrities. Despite a late summer rainstorm, the crowd was reportedly thrilled for the opportunity to see this performance on the great lawn of the Park.
