Tune-in tonight as Kate wraps up the series for not only herself, but for viewers.

TLC is premiering the series finale episode of KATE PLUS 8 tonight, Monday, September 12 at 9/8c.

Kate Gosselin and her 8 kids have made unforgettable memories over the past 7 years of filming.  From birthday parties to the first day of school, viewers have watched this family grow up together and adapt to lots of life changes.
