Joy is back from hiatus and she’s MARRIED!
Woot! And on her first night back, Denis Leary was on and grilling Joy on her decision to marry Steve Janowitz after dating him for only 29 years. Here’s a quick snippet:
Denis Leary: Hey, you got married.
Joy Behar: I did. So what?! Who cares?!
Denis Leary: The whole world cares. No matter what I’m going to talk about with you that we’ve planned to talk about, the biggest news we can talk about is that you got married!
Joy admitted that she was partially inspired by gay marriage being passed in New York and when Denis asked, “So who came home and said to whom, lets do it, let’s pull the trigger?” Joy said it was her and that she reasoned, “We’re too happy, let’s get married.”
