Kim Kardashian cannot finagle Hollywood Star, reality TV stars join porn stars

She may have worked some comped magic for her lavish wedding with a slew of high end freebies, but Kim Kardashian and other Reality Stars have joined the ranks of the lowly pornsters, no Hollywood Stars for them!

Reality television is the cheap and lucrative sugar fix for network executives, but the new breed of "star" they produce are shut out from true Hollywood honors.

Ana Martinez, Vice President for Media Relations and Producer for the Hollywood Walk of Fame, recently posted on the Walk of Fame Facebook Page saying, "Someone asked if we give reality show characters stars? Hell to the No!"

Martinez refined that remark to CNN saying to make the grade, you needed "longevity in their field of entertainment, awards and other honors, and philanthropic work."

Martinez added that Facebook posts reflected her personal opinion - "It's just not on the radar for us right now."

Despite this - "American Idol" host and Kardashian's Dr. Frankenstein Ryan Seacrest has a star for his radio career. Ozzy Osbourne has a star for his music and Gene Simmons is honored on the walk for KISS.
