Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will proceed regardless of Russell Armstrong's suicide.

The series featured Housewife Taylor Armstrong and the late Russell Armstrong in the second season, which will commence on September 5 on Bravo.

Variety reports that there was "disruption" filming earlier this summer caused by Mr. Armstrong threatening The Beverly Hills "Housewives" cast Adrienne Maloof, Kim Richards, Kyle Richards, Camille Grammer and Lisa Vanderpump with legal action if they brought up his marriage on camera.

Taylor Armstrong also filed for divorce in July.

On FOX news today, attorney for Russell, Ronald Richards said: “I think the specter of him being  labeled as being an abuser was really bothering him because the only type of issues were excessive drinking and a little grabbing. But the show was sorta, kind of pushing him out the door because they couldn’t have him controlling the content—the controversy is what gave ratings.”

Variety claims that Russell Armstrong also put Evolution on legal notice earlier this summer too: "According to those same sources, an Evolution executive got back to Armstrong, saying the matter would be reviewed. Ten days after he sent the email, Armstrong retracted it for unspecified reasons."
