Jessica Alba on Second Baby, Embracing Her Sexuality and Hypno-Birthing

Jessica Alba was on The Talk for CBS, and chatted about having a second baby, embracing her sexuality and HypnoBirthing.

Alba spills on what she's doing differently to stay fit with her second pregnancy:

“I didn’t allow my husband to make half a pack of bacon, like he did for the first one…and I also told him he wasn’t allowed to order every dessert.”
 
On embracing her sexuality:

“After I became a mother, I just felt sexy.  I felt like I came into my own and I felt confident and carried myself differently… It wasn’t until I had my daughter that I fully embraced it.”
 
Jessica also shares her hopes of having a hypnobirth, a natural childbearing method using relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques:

“What Lamaze was, hypnobirth is now….I was so freaked out with my first one, and with this one about when the contractions start coming.”
“It’s just so you can relax and have the birth that you want to have.”
