Bill Maher zings Kim Kardashian over Casey Anthony trial disgust

Last night on HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, host Bill Maher called out Kim Kardashian for her feigned Twitter outrage at the Casey Anthony trial verdict.

Maher commented on the public Twitter feed of Kardashian that posted after the announcement:

The trial that Maher references saw former actor and footballer O.J. Simpson walk from murder charges back in 1995, helped by the infamous "Dream Team" of attorneys including Johnnie Cochran and Kardashian's father, Robert Kardashian. 

Both men died at relatively young ages from brain and esophageal cancer, respectively.

Comic and Showtime Latin Diva star Monique Marvez shared her thoughts with Monsters and Critics on Maher's comment about the Anthony trial: "Every comic knows when they have heard the 'perfect joke' on any topic. The first thought is, 'I wish I'd come up with that!' It is equal parts shock, truth and hilarity shaken, not stirred. I heard it and screamed!"

On the subject of karma, Marvez says, "O.J. didn't get his in 1995, however, it emboldened him and where is he now? Where is Joran Van der Sloot? or better yet, Johnnie Cochran? Karma is pitiless, certain and not of this world."
