Lindsay Lohan's fate decided June 23, court date again for alcohol violation

Alcohol use has dinged Lindsay Lohan once again, as she failed a court-ordered alcohol test last week and will have to go before a judge for a probation violation hearing today, June 23.

Camera crews are amassed at the courthouse awaiting the arrival of the actress, who will appear before Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner at 10 a.m. today, Thursday.
Sautner sentenced her to 120 days in jail after she pleaded guilty to stealing a necklace, a prosecution spokeswoman said Wednesday.
Lohan allegedly failed the alcohol test on June 13.
The actress has two DUI convictions, numerous probation violations and a theft conviction under her belt before her 25th birthday July 2.
