According to @sutterink, Episode 404 is in the can and Sons of Anarchy is in full swing, filming in the Valley.

On Twitter, showrunner Kurt Sutter writes: "4th episode of the season is usually a big road episode. did it in S1 (patchover), S2 (eureka), S3 (home) and now S4..."

For fans not in the know, Sutter is augmenting his show with killer behind the scenes Q&A and show tidbits at YouTube Sons of Anarchy channel. Subscribe!

What we know already: Season 4 will pick up 14 months after the events that transpired during Season 3.

Peter Weller (Dexter, Robocop) will direct an episode.

Let's review the news on casting, which is looking mighty fine so far.

We know Danny Trejo is cast as Trejo as a former Mexican military commando Romero ‘Romeo’ Parada, who works with SAMCRO.

Now word is from The Hollywood Reporter that Fernanda Andrade has a recurring role (three episodes) on Season 4 of the FX drama.  Cast as Elyda, a sexy Latina babysitter who works for Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and Tara (Maggie Siff).  Uh oh.  Don't tell Tig.

TV Guide reports that "Terriers" star Rockmond Dunbar also has a multi-episode arc on the fourth season of Sons of Anarchy.

Cast as Eli Roosevelt, move over Chief Unser, Dunbar is the new sheriff in Charming. TV Guide describes him as "formidable, confident and forthright lawman who makes it clear to Jax (Charlie Hunnam), Clay (Ron Perlman) and the rest of the club that things have changed during their 14 months in prison."

We'll see how long that one lasts. Dunbar was excellent paired with Donal Logue in the short lived and quirky cool "Terriers," a show (like Lights Out) that met its demise too soon, yet "Two and a Half Men" lives on. No justice in TV land.

TV Guide reports that the new chief "won't even allow the Sons to be seen in public wearing the club's colors."

Fall will bring us SAMCRO back to the TV fold. Cannot wait.
