Taryn Manning is smoking hot right now in films, several hit TV series and even has a successful music career to boot.
Manning is also the April cover girl for Playboy and was interviewed by the magazine.
On her sexuality:
“I’m not shy about sex. I enjoy being a little out there with a Flip camera sometimes…I want to be sexy. I want to be a one-woman show.”
On her life:
“I want to live in light and love and laughter and rainbows!”
On her upcoming solo album:
“The new music shows off the playful side of me.”
Manning's Playboy’s April issue features a six-page pictorial shot by famed celebrity photographer Sheryl Nields.
(issue on newsstands and online at www.playboydigital.com Friday, March 18)
“I’m honored to have collaborated with Sheryl Nields on this shoot,” says Taryn. “Together with Playboy, we came up with the concept of a retro, pop art sensibility for the pictorial. While shooting, I was inspired by Playboy’s legendary legacy.”
Taryn has turned in work on films "8 Mile," "Crazy/Beautiful," "Hustle & Flow" and "Cold Mountain" as well as the upcoming film "Manson Girls."
It was a breakout role in FX's top drama series, "Sons of Anarchy" with Manning cast as SAMCRO biker girlfriend Cherry that was critically well-received, and she was later booked to guest as McGarrett's kid sister on CBS drama remake, "Hawaii Five-0."
Manning and her brother Kellin formed the electro-pop band Boomkat. After releasing two albums and having a dance-club hit “The Wreckoning,” Taryn is launching a solo career and plans to release a series of singles coming out now and throughout the summer.
The dance/electro/pop album will be released at the end of the year. For more information please visit www.TarynManning.com.
