A few actors of Irish descent are making their own tribute videos for the green Holiday celebrating St. Patrick, a man who drove the Druids to drink as he converted the Irish masses to Christianity.
Recently putting in an appearance at the SXSW festival in Austin, "Reno 911" and "The State" alum Thomas Lennon was part of a group of comics who delighted the festival audiences in a stand up performance that followed Marc Maron's WTF podcast.
"Boondock Saints" star Sean Patrick Flanery, known for his smallscreen roles "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles" to "The Dead Zone" is heading to the CBS serial "The Young and the Restless" mid-April. TV Guide reported that Sean's role is that of a country veterinarian named Sam.
The two actors both spoofed on their Irish heritage for St. Patrick's Day, enjoy:
Sean Patrick Flanery has tipped his fans on how green beer is really prepared:
Lennon posted this video on Twitter. He says, "Let's make this St. Patrick's Day a respectful tribute to our heritage."
