Joan and Melissa Rivers were on The Joy Behar show last night defending claims that Melissa’s son Cooper, who is featured on WE tv’s Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best, is not actually her son but a hired actor.

Plus, Dr. Drew talks Charlie Sheen:

“It’s funny to me that people somehow believe that you have to know a patient intimately to understand they have a medical condition. It’s really, for me, no different than looking at a rash…It’s somebody who uncharacteristically has a grandiose belief that they have special powers, there’s a torrent of speech, distractablituty, flight of ideas, seemingly endless energy, hyper sexuality…those are all a criteria for a condition called hypomania. It simply defines what hypomania is.

And for my patients that are stimulant addicts that get into a hypomanic state they typically don’t do drugs then.  They don’t’ want to do drugs because they feel high all the time.”

"Dr. Drew" premieres this spring on HLN at 9 pm ET.

Do you think Dr. Drew's prognosis about Sheen is correct?

And, as always, tune into The Joy Behar Show weeknights at 10 PM on HLN!

Joan wants to change the will and is dying to find out who she’s been taking to Disney Land all these years.  Check it out:

And here’s HLN's Dr. Drew with his take on Charlie Sheen's erratic behavior in the wake of his firing from "Two and a Half Men." Dr. Drew on Charlie Sheen:
