Tonight on The Joy Behar Show singer and "Apprentice" contestant La Toya Jackson talks about the upcoming trial of Dr. Conrad Murray. She believes Murray was the "fall guy" and considers her brother's death part of a bigger conspiracy.

Joy: Do you think he (Dr. Conrad Murray) is guilty?

La Toya: Do I think he’s guily? Joy, I’ll tell you what I think, as I’ve said from day one I truly believe that he was the fall guy. I believe that it was arranged he was the fall guy and they used him to do what they’re doing. And I will always believe that and I’m certainly hoping that the truth comes out during the trial that, as you know, was pushed back until May.

She went onto say that…

“This is a conspiracy that we’re dealing with. And a lot of people don’t know that or understand it.  They only know what the media feeds you.

She also said that Michael feared that people were trying to kill him:

“Well Michael told me, before he passed he told me that he was afraid and thought he was going to die he thought he was going to be murdered.”

What do you think? Do you think La Toya is right?

Tune in to The Joy Behar Show tonight at 10PM on HLN!

Because this case is turning into quite the “Thriller”...
