Jay Leno hosted news journalist Rachel Maddow on Feb. 22, who talks about the protests in Wisconsin.
Maddow earlier revealed her opinion that Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) has "a reputation" for using a budget issues to break unions while in power.
Walker is pushing legislation that require public employees in unions to pay more for their pensions and health plans similar to the private sector. They have agreed to this.

His stance on them permanently relinquishing collective bargaining rights is the deal breaker for the Unions, who are protesting.
