Minnie Driver fans can look forward to seeing her on a new CBS TV series.
Set in Atlanta, "Hail Mary" is from producer Joel Silver and Warner Bros. TV
and is described by Variety as a "buddy P.I. drama."
Jeff Wadlow wrote the pilot and will executive produce the series along with Silver and Ilene Chaiken . Brad Silberling is on board to direct.
Driver plays a suburban single mom who connects somehow with a "streetwise hustler" in crime solving capers.
The last series Driver was part of was the critically acclaimed FX series "The Riches," where Driver played the Irish Traveler wife, Dahlia Malloy.
