Derek Hough announces he's back on DWTS for the Fall

"Dancing with the Stars" mirror ball winning pro-dancer Derek Hough Twittered that his break from the hit ABC dance show will be for one season, and promises to be back in the fall.

OfficialDHough "All DWTS fans .. Not to worry I will be back in the fall, ready to rock and roll !!!!!"
Hough is taking season 12, premiering Monday, March 21 on ABC, off to play a New Orleans street dancer in the upcoming movie "Cobu 3D."
Hough Twittered:
OfficialDHough "Im excited to play this character in Cobu 3D ... It definitely has grit.. I look forward to creating something new and pushing myself."
Hough will return to DWTS for Season 13.
According to ABC, "Cougar Town" goes on hiatus as of February 9 for Matthew Perry's "Mr. Sunshine." "Cougar Town" will return on Monday, April 18, and air after "DWTS." It moves back to its 8:30 p.m. Wednesday time slot two nights later.
