Robert De Niro is hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend.
SNL sometimes flubs (ScarJo) and sometimes soars (Justin Timberlake, Alec Baldwin, Jon Hamm). With these possibilities in mind, M&C is looking forward to seeing how Robert De Niro and Jeff Bridges handle the long-running NYC based sketch comedy show.
Jeff Bridges will also be making a second appearance on SNL to promote his Disney film TRON: Legacy. Will the Dude abide in another dimension?
This weekend sees Robert De Niro. This is his third time to bat for SNL and he is promoting a "Fockers" film, but for M&C he will always be Maxy Cady (Cape Fear), Sam "Ace" Rothstein (Casino), Travis Bickle (Taxi Driver), Vito Corleone (Godfather pt2), Jimmy Conway (Goodfellas) and Jake La Motta (Raging Bull).
