Did we all see the same episode of "Dancing with the Stars"?
M&C called it at the beginning of the series, the ghost of Patrick Swayze would surround 50 year-old-mum Jennifer Grey with his awesome dancer energy.
Grey, whose lithe and lean physique masks a host of medical injuries, namely a nearly broken neck, kicked the collective asses of people half her age.
Grey danced her way to perfection as she and Derek mopped the floor, killing Bristol Palin's chances and edging out Kyle Massey.
Jennifer Grey earned perfect 10s for both her performances.
Bruno Tonioli even said he wished he could give her an 11 for her passionate paso doble.
The freestyle was the finalists' time to shine, Grey and partner Derek Hough shimmied and old schooled the classic American ditty, "Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)."
The judges loved it; head judge Len Goodman said, "You're like a juggernaut ... heading for that mirror-ball trophy!"
And if she doesn't get this prize, it's all on the voting public who feel banding together to make a political point trumps talent and hard work on a dance competition.
