The finale of "Harry Loves Lisa" is a toughie for the couple who are baring their personal lives for all to see.

Harry’s support, Lisa is confronted with the reality of surgically altering her infamous lips and wonders how it will affect her, her family and her career. Confronted with not landing a gig during the entire pilot season, Harry finds himself having a crisis of faith and decides to take matters into his own hands and lands a role on a major television show.
