Tune in alert for the two dueling women of the moment, Jane Lynch and Betty White, together feted at the Britannia awards, aka the 19th Annual British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) Britannia Awards.

The award ceremony will be broadcast on TV Guide Network this Sunday, November 7 at 8:00pm ET/PT. This is the first time the Britannia Awards have ever been broadcast on American television.

The 2010 honorees include Jeff Bridges for the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film; Michael Sheen for the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year; Christopher Nolan for the John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing; Scott Free Productions for the Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Filmed Entertainment; and Betty White for the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence In Comedy. The Britannia Awards will be hosted by the well-respected British actor and comedian, Stephen Fry.

“BAFTA Los Angeles’ Britannia Awards have found a great home with the TV GUIDE Network,” said BAFTA Los Angeles Chairman, Nigel Lythgoe. “We are delighted to celebrate with this year’s honorees who have provided us with some of the most incredible and remarkable performances, films and television programs. We’re equally as excited to share the evening with audiences across the country.”
