Kourtney and Kim Kardashian are set to open a third DASH retail door in Manhattan.
This despite the rumors their original Calabasas location may be closing its doors, though this news is not confirmed.
After two seasons in Miami, the Kardashian sisters have their eyes set on leaving South Beach behind and conquering New York. The new show will air January 2011.
With Scott’s havoc drive a wedge between Kourtney and Khloe in The Magic City, a change of venue was definitely needed to bring this family back together. With frequent visits from Khloe, who will still be involved in the buying decisions for the NY store and busy running the company's Southern California headquarters, she’ll be keeping a watchful eye on her sisters as she settles into her second year of marriage to L.A. Laker Lamar Odom.
Having established strong DASH clothing stores on the west coast and in Miami, the three famous sisters are intent on becoming part of the retail scene with their number one challenge to successfully establish their business in America's toughest market, while trying to maintain their close family bond.
The 10-episode series is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim-Murray Productions. The third season of E!’s popular sister series to “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” is set to draw big audiences.
From E!
With the tension and turmoil from Kourtney and Scott’s tumultuous time in Miami still fresh in the family members’ minds, a move to NYC is just what the therapist ordered.
Coming off of two breakups this summer, a very single Kim moves with an open heart and optimistic at the prospects of finding lasting love in a whole city. Her new business and romantic life aside, the biggest challenge will be living with Scott for the first time. Considering the drama that went down in Miami, will Kim stay a Disick supporter or join Team Khloe?
With so much at stake, these three different personalities are bound to clash as each asserts her own ideas for success. Will Kim's demanding personal schedule allow her to truly engage in the business as she needs to? Will Khloe trust that Scott won't try to interfere in her absence and taint their chances at success? There's only one way to find out ...
“Kourtney and Kim Take New York” is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim-Murray Productions. Ryan Seacrest serves as Executive Producer for Ryan Seacrest Productions and Jon Murray, Gil Goldschein and Jeff Jenkins serve as Executive Producers, along with Melissa Bidwell as Co-Executive Producer for Bunim-Murray Productions.
