Scares and laughs keep host Tracy Morgan in the "Scare Tactics" business on Syfy.

"Scare Tactics" has returned to Syfy. Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan of "30 Rock" hosts and executive produces the frighteningly funny hidden-camera show.
