Mark Boone Junior (real name is Mark Heindrich) is now officially clear over an incident in which he allegedly attacked a cop back in August.

Praise the Sons and pass the ammo, Bobby Elvis is free and clear of any assault charges after he had an incident with a Glendale cop.

TMZ blasted the Shofar announcing "Sons of Anarchy" star Mark Boone Junior who plays Bobby, the delicious, manly bear of the SAMCRO club who acts as Clay's (Ron Perlman's) consigliore and the bean counter of the now defunct Cara Cara, Jax's (Charlie Hunnam) arson-bombed porn business, is free and clear.

TMZ reports that the L.A. County District Attorney declined to prosecute Mark on Thursday based on insufficient evidence to prove he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
