Hilary Duff is set to guest star on an upcoming episode of the NBC comedy series “Community” (Thursday’s at 8:00p.m. ET/PT).
Duff will play a “mean girl” who’s part of a clique that goes head-to-head with Greendale’s loveable gang. Duff has appeared in a slew of teen movies over the years.
Season two of “Community” kicked off with a guest appearance by Betty White. The six-time Emmy-Award winner played professor June Bauer, an esteemed, but slightly unhinged anthropology professor.
This season will also feature guest appearances by Drew Carey, as Jeff Winger’s former boss at the law firm, Rob Corddry, as Jeff’s former colleague, and “The Daily Show’s“ John Oliver, reprising his role as Professor Duncan.
We will also learn more about the characters’ lives this season – seeing them in their home environments from time to time, and in addition, the study group gains a new member as the former Spanish professor Señor Chang decides to enroll as a full time student so that he can join the group.
Created by Dan Harmon, “Community" is a smart comedy series about a band of misfits who attend Greendale Community College. The series stars Joel McHale, Chevy Chase, Gillian Jacobs, Yvette Nicole Brown, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Donald Glover and Ken Jeong.
