Mario Lopez and wife welcome baby girl

"Extra's" Mario Lopez, who began his smallscreen career on "Saved By The Bell" is a daddy now.
Mario and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed a healthy baby girl, Gia Francesca Lopez, weighing in at 6 lbs, 4 oz, on Saturday, September 11, 2010 in Burbank, CA.
According to Mario's people, Mama and baby are doing well.
"We are so overjoyed. What an amazing, wonderful and overwhelming experience to welcome our daughter into the world," Mario told "Extra."
Lopez, 36, and his girlfriend, actress Courtney Mazza, 28, met in 2008 when the two starred in "A Chorus Line" on Broadway.
San Diego native Lopez has served as host of Randy Jackson's "America's Best Dance Crew" for MTV, and has starred in many TV movies too.
