Top Chef goes Top Secret this week.
Chefs Cook at the CIA on Top Chef D.C., and in keeping with the theme and location for this season, the cheftestants are headed to the CIA for a super-secret challenge that will never be aired for security purposes (kidding).
But if you don’t catch it at its new time (at 10/9c) perhaps it will be the lost episode for you.
After last week's shocking elimination, the chefs must regroup to guess the ingredients inside a mystery box for their Quickfire challenge where Top Chef Masters past contestant Wylie Dufrense serves as guest judge.

Will the chefs "wow" these stern critics? Find out this Wed 8/18 @ its *NEW* time 10/9c on TOP CHEF D.C. And don't forget that you can chat LIVE with Top Chef fans during each week's all-new episode!
