Whoopi Goldberg is being accused of manhandling Michaele Salahi, the infamous White House crasher at ‘The View’.
Fresh from the Television Critics Press tour at the Beverly Hilton where her husband chucked red wine at another DC housewife and caught TV Critic Roger Catlin to boot in the boozy fray, Salahi, who co-stars on Bravo's upcoming "Real Housewives of D.C.," went on ABC's daytime talk show to promote the reality series, which premieres Thursday.
The AP reports that Goldberg also got into a backstage shouting match with Salahi on Wednesday.
It began when Goldberg came on set to prompt Salahi by touching her back to get to the point of her answer.
After the show, Goldberg and Salahi went head to head when Whoopi found out that Salahi had accused her of hitting her, a show spokesman told the Associated Press.
“The Real Housewives of D.C.” begins Thursday Aug. 5 on Bravo.
