Tune in alert for “Good Luck Faking the Goiter” episode on "Hot in Cleveland."
When Melanie’s (Valerie Bertinelli) son (Joe Jonas) comes to visit, she invades his privacy and gets a dose of TMI.
Victoria is nominated for an Emmy, and Elka helps her fake a deadly disease to gain sympathy and votes.
The episode also features guest star Dave Foley.
"Hot" is the tale of three women: Wendie Malick is a middle-aged actress who with her similarly-aged entertainment industry BFF's Jane Leeves and Valerie Bertinelli by an act of mechanical failure have their flight gets re-routed to Cleveland.
They decide to explore their options in a town more forgiving than Los Angeles.
Enter Betty White, the landlady who smokes a bit of weed and is a buttinsky to boot.
Previous acting roles saw Joe Jonas starred as Shane Grey in the made-for-TV movie "Camp Rock" for The Disney Channel.
