Real Housewives of New Jersey, Giudice's bankrupt, Danielle's sex tape, what next?

Bravo's "Real Housewife" franchise is a study of disparate backgrounds, character, class, wealth and unheard of levels of debauched behavior.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" was defined by mostly out-of-shape, overweight, wig wearing women of dubious backgrounds. "Real Housewives of Orange County" was identifiable for the Stepford blond cookie-cutter look of the bland cast. "Real Housewives of New York" has an air of snooty Haute new money and are the trimmest of the lot. "Real Housewives of DC" we already know will be defined by a boorish couple who crash super exclusive parties at the White House.

But for sheer gall and embarrassing low-class antics, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" takes the pizza pie.

"New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has put her belongings up for sale as she declared bankruptcy for living beyond her means.

"It's not a fun or an easy process," Giudice writes on her Bravo blog 38. "If you've ever been unfortunate enough to be involved in a legal situation, you know it's a lot of back and forth between both sides. Right now, our bankruptcy trustee is trying to get an auction going, and our lawyer is objecting it. Every day, there are new tactics used, stories circulated, and details 'leaked' to the press, but it's all part of the legal wrangling. All I can do is rise above it, keep my head high, and know that at the end of the day, I have my family, my health, and I'm in God's hands. Nothing else matters, certainly not a lamp."

The reality TV personality filed for bankruptcy back in October 2009 when faced with $11 million in debt from bad real estate deals.

Despite these concerns, the Giudice lifestyle seemingly never suffered on the Bravo reality show.

The other Garden State "Housewife," Danielle Staub, is now seen all over the Internet in stills taken from an explicit sex tape she is proud of, allegedly. She is being sued over alleged drug deals and reports say that a fellow named Danny Aguilar bailed Danielle out in a drug deal that went bad in the 80’s.

According to Danny, he kept the drug dealers from killing Staub. Aguilar and Staub were involved in a kidnapping case due to a drug deal gone bad.

Allegedly when authorities finally caught up with Staub and Aguilar, he was charged with cocaine possession and extortion. She went into a plea bargain with the prosecutors to testify against Aguilar. As a result, Aguilar served 15 years in jail, and Danielle was just given 5 years probation and drug testing.

Staub is in another lawsuit with her ex, seen with her in the sex tapes, as he slammed her with a defamation of character and harassment case when she denied knowing about the sex tapes. Staub is also taking legal action against her co-stars in the Bravo show for physically attacking her in a previous episode.
