July 24 in San Diego at Comic Con 2010 will go down in history as the day someone got stabbed in Hall H, Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig A-Listed up the joint and the Chuck panel ended WAY too soon.
NBC's "Chuck," producers announced the "Terminator" ripped mama Linda Hamilton, 53, has been signed to play Chuck's spy mother.
Hamilton will play a recurring guest-star role as Mary Bartowski, who disappeared mysteriously from Chuck's ( Zachary Levi) life when he was a wee tot.
"Hamilton will appear throughout the season, leading Chuck to discover that her life was shrouded in secrets," according to a news release. "She was a spy, a CIA agent ... and that's just the beginning."
Chuck cast members entered the panel to Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," but the panel was cut off abruptly to many people's unhappiness.
Later in the day, after the "stabbing" incident, the Universal Pictures' panel for the film "Cowboys and Aliens," saw Harrison Ford made his first in-person appearance at the Con.
Ford, along with first-time Con participant Daniel Craig costar in the Jon Favreau directed adventure, is an icon to the faithful #SDCC legion, because of his roles as Indiana Jones, Han Solo and for his work in "Blade Runner."
