Sela Ward joins CSI: NY

Sexy Sela Ward will gussy up the cast of CBS' "CSI: NY."
This announcement came on the heels of departing cast regular Melina Kanakaredes who announced she was through with the procedural after six seasons.
Mississippi native Ward will make her first appearance in the Season 7 premiere when the show moves to Fridays at 9 p.m. this fall.
Ward is cast as an investigator from Washington D.C., whose work is driven by her empathy for the victim, according to the network.
