Kate Gosselin's Reality TV empire grows: TLC preview and Celebrity Apprentice?

Reality TV star Kate Gosselin is reaping the rewards of reality TV stardom and has possibly inked a spot on NBC hit reality competition, "Celebrity Apprentice" with Donald Trump.

The mom of eight also shares she is looking for Mr. Right, "I don't want to be alone. I think I'm just scared to mess things up again."

Gosselin opened up about her ex-husband, Jon, saying she "tries" to get along him, but feels like they are "two completely different people." She probably needs someone stronger because "I don't want to be in charge anymore. I didn't like it when I was."

She tells Extra she does take charge of her new, toned body, however, running five miles a day, five days a week -- and she likes to listen to Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" when she does. But between the exercising, her new TLC special, "Kate Plus 8," and being with her kids -- she hasn't had time to met anyone.

There is one man who has been helping her out -- Donald Trump. "We stay in contact here and there. He's been very kind to me."

Would she ever consider doing "Celebrity Apprentice"? "There are many opportunities that come my way every day. I'm not gonna say yes or no to any of them right now."

HollywoodLife.com reports it is in the works: "The producers of Celebrity Apprentice are very interested in Kate. And she has expressed interest as well, but there are a lot of kinks to work out before anything concrete can happen."

"It's a six-week commitment and her kids are not allowed to be part of the show; the Apprentices work every day, Monday through Sunday. Many people get to the final stages and almost do the show, but it then turns out that they are unable to appear because of scheduling conflicts."
