Emmys can suck it: NBC's comedy "Community", overlooked in this year's nominee list, will be representing at Comic-Con in San Diego.
Comic-Con used to be a Valhalla for graphic novel and comic fans, especially genre buffs.
Now it has been taken over by networks and studios hawking their TV shows and films, a crowded, colorful precursor for the TCA's (Television Critics' Association) press tour where TV writers can actually sit down and interview someone without Jar Jar Binks or Elvis StormTrooper looking over their shoulder.
NBC is part of the network hordes and will have the cast and creative team from “Community” for booth signing and animated discussion and Q&A session about what's in store for viewers this fall!

With some help from his fellow classmates, Winger forms a study group who eventually learn more about themselves than their course work."
