Season 2 Premiere of Oxygen's Dance Your Ass Off "The Final 25 - LA or Bust" Monday, 6/7 @ 11/10c
This high energy show lets the large people demonstrate that you don't have to be a size 2 to have fun on the dance floor. Pounds fall off as the contestants bust moves and let their inner dancer out.

Monsters and Critics caught up with new host, former Spice Girl Mel B recently and asked her about the series:
Monsters and Critics: We wanted to know what particular thing about this show caught your interest and made you want to be part of it?
Mel B.: Well, I watched it last season, and me and whole family completely fell in love in with. And then the opportunity came and I got offered it, and I was like, “Oh, my God. I’m already a fan. Let’s go. Let’s go do it.”
M&C: Is there a particular dance that’s your favorite? Like when you watch Dancing with the Stars or when you watch maybe Randy Jackson’s American Dance Crew, is there a particular style of dance that you love the most and you love to do yourself?
Mel B.: No. I love all of them from the Hip Hop, the Ballroom, all that kind of fun loving stuff. And, the dancers this season really are putting that heart and soul into it. I mean, they are literally dancing their asses off. They’ve lost a crazy amount of weight, and their dance ability each week is getting stronger, and stronger, and stronger. It’s quite incredible to watch.
Now, Oxygen has ended their grueling nation-wide search, and 25 finalists were flown to LA to compete in the ultimate dance showdown to decide which 12 dancers will stay to compete on season 2.
With 100,000 dollars on the line...this season will be a fight to the finish.
Dance Your Ass Off season premiere, Monday June 7 at 11/10c on Oxygen.
