The finale is nigh for the musical smallscreen show that has celebrated Madonna, Lady Gaga and now the power of Funk in last night's episode.
Will the funky bunch from McKinley High beat Vocal Adrenaline and "face" defector Jesse?
Glee showrunner Ryan Murphy is also reported to be introducing a new Christian character to win that segment of the audience, and his star player Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) wed her girlfriend in Massachusetts.
Murphy is adding a Christian character to the show, he tells TV Guide.
'We’ve taken a couple of jabs at the right wing this year, so what I want to do with this character is have someone who Christian kids and parents can recognize and say, "Oh, look - I’m represented there, too!"
'If we’re trying to form a world of inclusiveness, we’ve got to include that point of view as well.'
On May 31, at the Blue Heron restaurant of Sunderland, MA., Lynch wed her long-term partner Dr. Lara Embry
The couple reportedly chose the Gay progressive state of Massachusetts where Dr. Embry went to college as the perfect site for the nuptials.
Dr Embry is a mother of two, born during a previous relationship.
