Miley Cyrus loves Lady Gaga, but "Glee," the American musical sitcom that stars Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison?
Not so much.
Cyrus was interviewed for Billboard's June issue and talked about this transitional phase of her life, from 'tween TV star to full-fledged pop sexbomb ready to be viewed more as an adult.
"It's hard when you're doing a show and you're going to London for two days and then you come back and you're doing the show (Hannah Montana) again," she tells Billboard. "I can kind of bounce around everywhere and I don't really have something that's tying me back here."
Cyrus was appreciative of Lady Gaga's talent and work, "unlike a lot of artists, all her music does mean something to her personally."
When Cyrus talked about the hit FOX show "Glee", despite a nod to Cyrus by way of her song "The Climb" featured in a recent episode, Cyrus was less effusive. "Honestly, musicals? I just can't. What if this was real life and I was just walking down the street on Rodeo Drive and all of a sudden I just burst into song about how much I love shoes?" Cyrus added, "It would get hits on YouTube."
