Spike TV’s “Guys Choice” will honor Academy Award-winning actress Charlize Theron with the Decade of Hotness Award, one of the evenings highest honors, given to a legendary beauty who time stands still for.

Oscar winner Theron has kicked ass as a superhero, a tortured wife, a working woman fighting for the right to work with the guys, and still is a world class beauty.

Taping Saturday, June 5 at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, CA, the fourth annual award show premieres Sunday, June 20 (10:00 PM – Midnight, ET/PT).

Theron’s remarkable acting ability and extraordinary performance in “Monster” nabbed the Academy Award for Best Actress, Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture and Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role.

In 2007, men’s magazine Esquire named Theron the Sexiest Woman Alive.  Never afraid to mix it up, Spike guys find her equally appealing for her action roles in “Hancock,” “The Italian Job” and “Reindeer Games.”

Last year’s recipient was fellow Academy Award-winner, Halle Berry.

The star-studded, action-packed night will also feature appearances by “Iron Man 2” super-stars and nominees Robert Downey, Jr. and Scarlett Johansson.  Additional appearances include:  James Gandolfini, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Rock, Brooklyn Decker, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Liam Neeson, Ozzy Osbourne and many more.

Voting for this year’s winners is being held online at guyschoice.spike.com through Friday, June 4th.  Also online, fans can log-on to view exclusive red carpet and backstage coverage of “Guys Choice.”
