Props for Roman at Steve Guttenberg's Birthday, Party Down previews

One of my favorite episodes of Party Down for the season comes this Friday on Starz. 

Ron is in top form, Lydia gets helpful visualization tips from guest Steve Guttenberg who is hilarious playing a hyper-realized version of himself, and Roman finally gets a bit of respect for his written word as Guttenberg coaches him and creates a workshop where the "actors" play out scenes.

It is the affable Guttenberg who allows our hard working stiffs a bit of a party for themselves.  The tables turn and the team, ready to work but initially turned away, winds up being invited inside to partake of the birthday party and eat and drink while they ponder their entertainment career goals.

We all know that “the Gutte” knows how to party, but at his own birthday, he decides to keep it low-key and turns his party into a writing workshop when he overhears Roman and writing partner Kent (guest star Christopher Mintz-Plasse) discussing their script.
