LL Cool J works up a sweat on The Doctors May 18

NCIS star LL Cool J is making the rounds promoting his new fitness book, the Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle. This past week he went on ABC's The View and curled Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd.
“It’s not just about having bulging muscles. Its about getting in shape to get your mind in shape, and about becoming the architect of your own fortune and really believing that you’re both the marble and the sculptor and you can do anything you put your mind to.” said LL about his new tome.
On Tuesday May 18, the famously fit actor joins The Doctors, from Stage 29 Productions and CBS Television Distribution, to share his tips for achieving your best body.
LL Cool J, joined by his personal trainer, David “Scooter” Honig, demonstrates some of the proven exercises that he does to stay in tip top shape, exercises that are highlighted in their new book LL Cool J’S Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle, which details their 360-degree program for achieving peak physical, nutritional and mental health. In addition to work out tips, LL and the doctors discuss the relationship between fats, proteins and carbohydrates in your diet, and how to satisfy your body, mind and soul with what you eat.
