The lawyer to the mistresses of the stars, Gloria Allred, was the hired gun who contacted David Boreanaz, star of "Bones," to pay her client for her silence, or face the consequences.
The consequences are exactly what Boreanaz selected, as his wife is even reportedly contemplating filing suit in Utah against the second mistress to be named in her husband's infidelity scandal, which was first reported on by Star magazine last October.
Boreanaz went public with his secong extra-marital affair after Gloria Allred contacted Boreanaz's lawyer Marty Singer, and demanded six figures.
David admitted to People he had a relationship with a woman but "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed...."
The first woman identified by Star magazine was Tiger Woods' kryptonite side piece; Rachel Uchitel.
Boreanaz reportedly had a short-term relationship with the woman. Sources say he started paying her several thousand dollars here and there but she began demanding more, threatening to go public with the affair.
Boreanaz then confessed the affair to Jaime Bergman, his wife of 9 years.
Gloria Allred represents both Uchitel and the second Boreanaz mistress.
In an Usmagazine report, Tiger allegedly asked Uchitel if she fancied having sex with Derek Jeter or David Boreanaz.
Uchitel was asked if she wanted in on a menage a trois with New York Yankees Derek Jeter and Bones actor David Boreanaz. Uchitel allegedly forwarded along a bizarre, private email from Woods, 33, in which he referenced her famous flings.
"I had a dream we were married and I was leading the tournament," Woods reportedly wrote. "I came home, excited to see you, and there you were in the bedroom getting f--ked by Derek and David [Boreanaz]. Some part of me thinks you would like that."
The married athlete then explains how wired he is from his X-rated vision of Uchitel with TV and baseball hunks. "Now I can't get back to sleep. My body is tired, but my mind is awake. Need an Ambien."
