Its modern horror library is further enhanced by the upcoming tribute to gore-meister director Darren Lynn Bousman, in advance of the anticipated theatrical release of his thriller “Mother’s Day.”

FEARnet pays homage to Bousman with the online stunt "Blood By Bousman”,  featuring the FEARnet premiere of his “instant cult classic” Repo! The Genetic Opera, Saw II - Director's Cut, an episode of the horror anthology Fear Itself: New Year's Day, and an exclusive one-on-one interview with the vanguard director. 

Bousman’s Repo! gained a cult film following even before its release, with critical-raves that described the film as “a spirited, absorbing, astounding, thought provoking futuristic fulsome fable.” The film starred Alexa Vega, Paul Sorvino, Sarah Brightman and Bill Moseley, with a breakout performance by Paris Hilton.

Bousman, who also directed the bone-chilling second, third and fourth installments of the SAW franchise, has enlisted his familiar stable of actors in “Mother’s Day,” including Vega, Lyriq Bent, and Briana Evigan.
