Spartacus Kills Them All, but a few are left for season two

I will announce the winners on Twitter. Simple. Contest ends Friday night at 9 PST.The series for me was an introduction to some actors I was not fully aware of. Peter Mensah as Doctore and Viva Bianca as Ilithyia were standout. Nick Tarabay I was already a fan of from "Crash," and love him as Ashur. John Hannah did a marvelous job as Batiatus. So many great performances.Even Craig Walsh Wrightson as Solonius dies like a man, despite the insufferable gloating of Batiatus. Poor guy, it seemed the sword he hefted in the arena weighted more than him.Lucretia (Lucy Lawless) has been scorned by Crixus, and betrayed by her handmaiden Naevia (Lesley Anne-Brandt). Naevia is one of the character wild cards for next season, as is Crixus and their romantic arc.Another returning player will be our Ilithyia, who does something so vile in the finale you will want her to return for some epic payback. She is a great character in this ancient potboiler. Glaber too, as he is now estranged from his little fireball of a wife, he is out there lurking still for Spartacus.And of course Doctore (Peter Mensah), Will he step up and become a major player in season two? We can discuss after the finale airs.Lastly Andy Whitfield as Spartacus. He has done a fine job and all our thoughts are with him in his recovery. Season two cannot come soon enough.
