FOX primetime for April 11-April 18, Glee highlights hot week

FOX is on fi-yahh this week as "Glee" returns for a smashing premiere that sees the rise of Sue Sylvester Superstar, in her never-ending quest to squash Will Schuester's dignity and coif confidence.
The show is ten times better than season one, which was already off the hook good.
"American Idol" will say goodbye to two contestants, as Big Mike got a second chance - to the detriment of the rest of the group.
"Fringe" will see Peter Weller guest star! David Strathairn is on "House" too.

THE SIMPSONS
SUNDAY, APRIL 11 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT)
When the police are called to diffuse a rowdy crowd at Mr. Burns’ estate, one of the officers recognizes priceless stolen paintings on the walls, and the maniacal billionaire is taken downtown for questioning. With Mr. Burns gone, Smithers takes charge of the power plant. But when employees take advantage of his good nature, he exacts revenge by forcing the employees to work night and day. These unfair working conditions prompt Homer (Dan Castellaneta) and his crew to devise a plan to bust out Mr. Burns in the all-new “American History X-cellent” episode of THE SIMPSONS.
THE CLEVELAND SHOW

When Cleveland (Mike Henry) is diagnosed with high cholesterol, Donna (Sanaa Lathan) puts him on a new high-fiber diet, which causes an intestinal backlash. It may stink up the place, but Cleveland quickly realizes his gas might score him a few points in the all-new “Gone with the Wind” episode of THE CLEVELAND SHOW.

Anne Hathaway (“Alice in Wonderland”) Makes Guest Voice Appearance
When the local news announces that the Earth will be destroyed by a black hole in 24 hours, everyone in Quahog goes nuts trying to live out their last day. Stan (Seth MacFarlane) and Francine Smith (Wendy Schaal) from AMERICAN DAD and Hank Hill from “King of the Hill” make guest appearances in the all-new “April in Quahog” episode of FAMILY GUY.

Bobby Cannavale (“Cold Case,” “Will and Grace”) Makes Guest Voice Appearance
After Roger (Seth MacFarlane) and Francine (Wendy Schaal) are victims of a mugging, Roger joins the police academy so he can learn how to defend himself and his loved ones, but he falls in with a corrupt cop (guest voice Cannavale) who leads him astray. Meanwhile, Hayley’s (Rachael MacFarlane) new friendship threatens her long-term relationship in the all-new “Cops & Roger” episode of AMERICAN DAD.

Meanwhile, Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) makes an unprecedented emotional move that triggers the unthinkable, and back at CTU, Chloe (Mary Lynn Rajskub) is charged with new responsibilities in the all-new “Day 8: 8:00 AM-9:00 AM” episode of 24.

Broadway Superstars Idina Menzel (“Wicked”) and Jonathan Groff (“Spring Awakening”) Guest-Star
Fresh off their monumental win at Sectionals, New Directions is on top of the world. With an extra spring in their step, they get to work on new numbers for Regionals. But when Rachel (Lea Michele) and Finn’s (Cory Monteith) budding romance hits a bump in the road after she becomes involved with a competitor, Jesse St. James (guest star Groff), it threatens to derail the entire club. Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) pays a visit to Shelby Corcoran (guest star Menzel), coach of Vocal Adrenaline, to confirm Jesse’s motives. Meanwhile, Will is newly single, but is he ready to take his relationship with Emma (Jayma Mays) to the next level? And to top it all off, Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) returns from her condo in Boca with a renewed focus on destroying Will and disbanding the glee club in “Hell-O,” the spring premiere episode of GLEE.

BONES
THURSDAY, APRIL 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT)
Robert Englund (“A Nightmare on Elm Street”) Guest-Stars
The team’s latest case takes Brennan (Emily Deschanel) back to her alma mater, Burtonsville High School, where she and Booth (David Boreanaz) investigate the discovery of an unidentified skull and upper torso. With Angela’s (Michaela Conlin) help, they identify the victim as one of Brennan’s classmates, and notice a possible connection to a second murder committed 15 years prior. Brennan and Booth go undercover as a married couple at her class reunion to interrogate a set of suspects, where even as an adult, Brennan is still predictably misunderstood and her only friend lies in a strangely dark and offbeat janitor (guest star Englund). Meanwhile, Hodgins (TJ Thyne) spills a lab secret in the all-new “The Death of the Queen Bee” episode of BONES.
FRINGE
THURSDAY, APRIL 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT)
Peter Weller (“RoboCop”) Guest-Stars
When passengers aboard a commuter train appear to have died a still death, it seems that a switch was flipped because all cell phones, mp3 players, laptops, batteries and bodies have been drained of power. As the Fringe team assembles at the bizarre crime scene, Peter (Joshua Jackson) remains suspicious that something is amiss with Walter (John Noble), who is struggling to keep the unimaginable a secret. When the investigation leads them to Alistair Peck (guest star Weller), a very powerful man who has tremendous energy with severe consequences, an ironic set of circumstances surface in the all-new “White Tulip” episode of FRINGE.
